When making pickled eggs you can't go wrong. They are a staple in our house and we have done several different recipes and they have all been fabulous; however this recipe is super simple and quick and they taste great! We like our pickled eggs sour so we recommend a 2/3 ratio Vinegar and 1/3 Water. Your can use what ever Vinegar you want but we recommend a pickling white vinegar for this recipe. Clear Lake Park is located in Barrhead County, Alberta about an hour and half drive North West from Edmonton.
